★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguém RESPONSÁVEL deveria ler os comentários e tomar uma atitude quanto ao atendimento telefônico nos órgãos públicos, simplesmente NÃO FUNCIONAM. Poderia descongestionar muito o atendimento, principalmente nesta autura que pedem para evitar aglomerações e fazer agendamentos.
Someone RESPONSIBLE should read the comments and take action on the telephone service in public agencies, it just DOESN'T WORK. It could decongest the service a lot, especially in this authority that asks to avoid crowding and make appointments.

Bonjour, zéro pointé car mauvais accueil alors que je venais déclarer le décès de mon époux, je croyais que cette personne allait me déchirer l'acte de décès tellement elle était insupportable. J'ai épousé un portugais depuis plus de 40 ans et j'ai toujours rencontré cet accueil au Portugal. je parle couramment le portugais donc je comprends très bien leurs critiques dans notre dos. Méfiez vous. Heureusement que nous les avons accueillit autrement en France. Je vais devoir aller au consulat. Bon courage à tous dans vos démarches.

Hello, zero points because bad reception when I came to declare the death of my husband, I thought that this person was going to tear up my death certificate so much she was unbearable. I have been married to a Portuguese for over 40 years and have always experienced this welcome in Portugal. I am fluent in Portuguese so I understand very well their criticisms behind our backs.
