★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei no prédio e vi um cartaz informando que eu teria que marcar uma consulta e o número para ligar. então liguei para o número várias vezes por 40 minutos e pude ouvir o telefone tocando na sala ao lado, apesar do toque constante e de muitos funcionários na sala ninguém atendeu, finalmente consegui chamar a atenção de um funcionário que parecia muito relutante para falar comigo e me disse que era impossível me ajudar, apesar do site do governo dizer que era possível aqui.

I entered the building and saw a sign saying that I would have to make an appointment and the number to call. so I called the number several times for 40 minutes and I could hear the phone ringing in the next room, despite the constant ringing and many employees in the room no one answered, I finally managed to get the attention of an employee who seemed very reluctant to speak to me and told me it was impossible to help me, despite the government website saying it was possible here.
