★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante a maior parte do ano, sem problemas. Nos meses de Verão, são notórias as deficiências de organização. Os funcionários são impecáveis mas a gestão é insuportavelmente má. Horas a fio de espera para uma simples operação como levantar o Cartão de Cidadão.
For most of the year, no problems. In the summer months, organization deficiencies are notorious. The staff are impeccable but the management is unbearably bad. Hours waiting for a simple operation such as lifting the Citizen Card.
