M	Maria Trindade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários do IRN de Évora devem estar todos de férias. Já estive 2,5 horas ao telefone a ouvir uma senhora que dizia que iria ser atendida em 5 minutos. Passaram mais de 2 horas e nada. Esqueceram-se de dizer a que ano se referiam os 5 minutos de espera. Talvez a 2021? All IRN employees in Évora must all be on vacation. I've been on the phone for 2.5 hours listening to a lady who said she would be answered in 5 minutes. More than 2 hours passed and nothing. They forgot to say what year the 5-minute wait was referring to. Maybe 2021?

Os funcionários sempre foram muito prestáveis e simpáticos, o tempo de espera é aceitável e temos sempre a hipótese de agendar alguns serviços (como fazer e levantar o cartão de cidadão), evitando esperar muito tempo. Aliás, com agendamento, o atendimento nunca se atrasou mais do que 2 ou 3 minutos. I never had any problems at this conservatory. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly, the waiting time is acceptable and we always have the chance to schedule some services (such as making and collecting the citizen's card), avoiding waiting too long. In fact, with an appointment, the service was never more than 2 or 3 minutes late.

Agradecia que fossem mais profissionais com o trabalho que realizam! It is really shameful, the way they treat others .. The call goes down and the phones are not answered! You are always prevented! I would appreciate that they were more professional with the work they do!

Estou ah uma hora a tentar ligar para o registo civil de Évora e ninguém me atende, ou a chamadas estão impedidas, ou as chamadas caem, ou chama chama e depois a chamada caí... Meus caros que aí trabalham, somos nós que vos pagamos o vosso salário, mais respeito por nós seus patrões.. This is only in Portugal... I've been trying to call the civil registry office in Évora for an hour and nobody answers me, or the calls are blocked, or the calls drop, or the call calls and then the call drops... My dears who work there, we are the ones who pay you your salary, more respect for us your bosses...
