As pessoas precisam urgentemente de tratar de assuntos prediais e não conseguem de nenhuma forma, nem por marcação mem presencial. O Serviço Público deste organismo Estatal não existe. Very bad. The phones are not answered after several days of insistence. People urgently need to deal with building matters and they can't in any way, not even by appointment in person. O Public service of this State body does not exist.

Quase um mes para realizarem registo prediale ainda continuo a aguardar, ate quando nao sei! A disgraceful service! I have never been answered on several daily calls for more than 2 weeks. Almost a month to carry out property registration I still wait, even when I don't know!
