Ou então espera pela sua vez, sendo que a espera é longa.
O covid veio trazer MTS benefícios aos funcionários de repartições públicas. Parabéns por conseguirem atender o número de pessoas que vos convém!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dizer que fui muito bem atendido quando fui iniciar meu processo de casamento. A atendente foi extremamente atenciosa e respeitosa. O processo foi muito fácil, rápido e claro.
Há filas e senhas como tudo em Portugal mas nada além da normalidade.
I can say that I was very well attended when I started my marriage process. The attendant was extremely helpful and respectful. The process was very easy, quick and clear.
There are queues and passwords like everything else in Portugal but nothing more than normal.

A próxima vez que tiver de vir a este sítio, é preferível fazer 100 ou 200km e ir a outro. E não é ironia.
Public services like this make us ashamed to pay 1eur in taxes. Absolutely shameful.

Porta fechada, não atendem o telefone, mudaram o email para outro que não coincide com o que está no site do IRN e a funcionária que me atendeu só sabia dizer que não sabia responder às minhas perguntas. Resultado, o balcão para criar uma associação na hora não funciona. Mandaram-me voltar uma semana mais tarde. Se fosse para criar uma empresa estava tramado. Um atraso de vida.
A real shame. Door closed, they don't answer the phone, they changed the email to another one that doesn't match the one on the IRN website, and the employee who answered me only knew how to say that she didn't know how to answer my questions. Result, the counter to create an association at the time does not work. I was sent back a week later. If I was going to create a company, I was wrong. A life delay.

State workers are like that, there is no email, no one answers the phone, the door is closed, I've already made 30 calls and nothing, sadness only in Portugal this!!! I will submit my complaint in writing in the red book!
