With the pandemic, they don't even answer the phone. There is no date for January to register a newborn. It's a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento sempre ficou muito aquém. As funcionárias são lentas, antipáticas e muito rudes, até com os mais pequenos que acabam por ficar sem paciência por causa das horas de espera.
Infelizmente o entendimento é terrívelmente péssimo.
The service has always fallen far short. The employees are slow, unfriendly and very rude, even with the little ones who end up running out of patience because of the hours of waiting.
Unfortunately, the understanding is terribly awful.
