Não recomendo.... Somos atendidos de uma forma simpática e prestável. I have used this company several times to wash dishwasher baskets and a Singer machine and the work is impeccable. We are served in a friendly and helpful manner.

A empresa com quem trabalho habitualmente estava sem a cor desejada, os prazos eram curtos então não podia esperar. Por isso fui contratar os serviços da DUREZA. Os pontos positivos que gostei com a DUREZA são: - Receção imediata dos elementos a decapar e pintar. - Rápidez na execução do serviço Os pontos que não gostei com a DUREZA são : - O preço elevado para as 3 peças entregas (30% mais caro). - O pessoal pouco agradável - O acabamento e o cuidado dedicado ao tratamento das peças. O trabalho foi feito, mas não gostei do acabamento. Nota-se muito a diferença de qualidade com as outras peças feitas por outra empresa. Quando se trata de motas todos os defeitos notam-se. Não voltarei a contratar os serviços da Dureza. I had the paint stripped and painted on an old motorcycle. The company I usually work with was missing the desired color, the deadlines were short so I couldn't wait. That's why I went to hire DUREZA's services. The positive points I liked with HARDNESS are: - Immediate reception of the elements to be stripped and painted. - Fast execution of the service The points I didn't like about HARDNESS are: - The high price for the 3 pieces delivered (30% more expensive). - The nice little staff - The finishing and the care dedicated to the treatment of the pieces. The job was done, but I didn't like the finish. The quality difference is very noticeable with the other pieces made by another company. When it comes to motorcycles, all the defects are noticeable. I won't be hiring Dureza's services again.
R	Rodolfo Pereira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relativamente à parte técnica dos serviços até à data não tenho nenhuma razão de queixa, já no que diz respeito à parte humana, a senhora que atende os telefones/publico não demonstra qualquer interesse ou profissionalismo nas tarefas que desempenha, principalmente ao telefone onde nem foi capaz de ajudar um cliente regular a saber ponto de situação do serviço que solicitou.. Regarding the technical part of the services to date I have no reason to complain, as far as the human part is concerned, the lady who answers the telephones/public does not demonstrate any interest or professionalism in the tasks she performs, especially on the telephone where she was not able to help a regular customer to know the status of the service they requested..
