Sendo fator obrigatório para viajar para áfrica, não se compreende que a ARS Norte não esteja preparada para este fluxo de cidadãos que viajam em trabalho para este continente.
Algo de estranho se passa com o apoio a emigração e a residentes no estrangeiro na zona Norte....
