Quando o cliente reclama dizem que devemos por um pin para que isso não aconteça...e mandam para o balcão central para devolver o saldo ao cartão...isto demora 48h...e se eu necessitar desse dinheiro para algum imprevisto mas próximas horas não o tenho no cartão ...ensinem os vossos colaboradores a não estarem a brincar com a colega da caixa ao lado e serem cuidadosos com o cliente somos nós que lhe levamos o ordenado ....? In the cashiers there are employees who pay the items from the balance on the card without asking if the customer wants... When the customer complains they say that we must put a pin so that doesn't happen... and they send it to the central counter to return the balance to the card... this takes 48 hours... hours I don't have it on the card... teach your employees not to be playing with the colleague at the cashier next door and be careful with the customer, we're the ones who take the salary....?

A	Ana Tildes Soares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, dia 30 de janeiro, dirigi-me a esta loja, por volta das 10 horas da manhã. Os carrinhos estão em muito mau estado! A maioria tem o encaixe para a moeda estragado e não têm a “chave” para retira a moeda quando se arruma o carrinho. Entrei e os dispositivos do álcool gel estavam vazios! Não havia nenhum colaborador na caixa central para poder chamar à atenção! Na caixa chamei disse à colaboradora que telefonou para a chefe. Não sei se resolveram o problema! Parece-me má coordenação por parte do pessoa responsável pela loja. Today, January 30th, I went to this store, around 10 am. The carts are in very poor condition! Most have a broken coin slot and don't have the "key" to remove the coin when you pack the cart. I went in and the alcohol gel devices were empty! There were no collaborators in the central box to draw attention to! At the cashier I called and told the employee who called the boss. I don't know if they fixed the problem! Sounds like bad coordination on the part of the person in charge of the store.

Clean and organised environment with friendly staff always ready to help you whenever you need. On site has a big free car park with disable parking space and public restroom available, a hairdresser, a small cafe good to have a quick bite and a pharmacy. Highly recommended
