Here you will find a selection of fresh food, hygienic products and also toys, kitchen utensils and everything you would expect from a supermarket of this size. Its based in a shopping centre so there is plenty of parking space and disabled access. There are hundreds of other stores to visit in the shopping centre also. If you get a free continente shopping card you Will qualify for discount vouchers up to 20% off your spend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am ordering each month trough Continente Cascais delivery to home. I ordered 3x vegan plant based meat , but apparently it wasn’t available so they exchanged it with real Biological meat , which is 5 Euro per package , so total 15 EUR. I called the Hotline at least 4 times and always got kicked out because no one spoke English. I also wrote the Mail support 2 times and my Portuguese friend tried to contact them as well. No chance . Now I have still 1.2 kg meat as a vegetarian and no one ever came back to me. Why would you exchange when someone ordered plant based meat with real meat ?? At this point I am just disappointed with the service.
