Igreja Conventual Maneirista de planta Cruciforme nave curta com Capelas intercomunicantes e transcepto inscrito. Frontões retos e curvos interrompidos decoram a fachada. Retábulo Mor de talha dourada de estilo Joanino. A fachada principal da Igreja possui grandes afinidades com a Igreja dos Grilos. Claustro de três pisos os primeiros abertos e o terceiro fechado. Os limites da área do logradouro da casa do Pároco coincidem e sobrepõem-se à Muralha Fernandina, através de uma varanda.
 São João Novo Convent in Porto of Religious, Mannerist and Baroque architecture. Mannerist Convent Church of a Cruciform short nave with intercommunicating chapels and inscribed transcept. Straight and curved gables interrupted decorate the facade. Joanino style gilded Mor altarpiece. The main facade of the Church has great affinities with the Church of the Crickets. Cloister of three floors the first open and the third closed. The boundaries of the patio area of the parish priest's house coincide and overlap the Fernandina Wall through a balcony.
