Para efetuar a assistência rotineira anual não falhavam muito, mas no último agendamento efetuado com um mês de antecedência, pela própria empresa, ninguém aparecer e, mais grave ainda o facto de se terem passados vários dias, sem ninguém se dignar a dar uma justificação, apesar de eu ter contatado a empresa.
Se para avarias ou emergências já não aconselhava, é por demais evidente que esta empresa não tem qualquer respeito pelos seus clientes.

If for breakdowns or emergencies you no longer advise, it is quite evident that this company has no respect for its customers.
