★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were herded to a small alcove to watch the extra time of the all ireland semi final football..all because an English soccer match had started on the main tvs. Irish pub in name only. Then the Manager or owner went bananas as we were leaving because few chairs were out of place!! What the hell did he expect moving everyone into that area!! Would not recommend. Plenty of other irish pubs in the area.

We quickly confronted him and caught in the act of eating our chicken wings (the slightly overweight English waiter). He began shouting at us and threatened us as we left. Save yourself the trouble and never come here

Give it a try, you will not be disappointed! Try the Cooley's Summer Sessions, it is the perfect drink for a hot day in Portugal! Awesome place guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really hostile staff. I would say be aware of how the pool table works. In a really criminal way all of the sudden the requested us to pay for the hours that the people before us had used and did not let us out until we would pay. Called the police and when they arrived the change so we would pay for two hours and not just the one hour we used.
Blackmailing I would call it in another term!
Maybe my experience is a one time thing. I just did not want to pay for hours we did not use.
And there is no written text about this and no clear guidelines on how the table works.
It was just an awful experience
