★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, luxury spacious supper clean room. There was a tiny issue with bathtub partially clogged other than that its spotless. The staff are very helpful and professional. WE had a car , there was plenty parking spots around the hotel and in the weekend its free and reasonable price in weekdays. The location is good if you have a car , close to airport and attractions, yet its not walking distance from activities so nothing around to do if u r back in the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had Christmas dinner for €340 for 4 people and it was the worst experience in Lisbon or anywhere else in our last 25 days of travel. The menu was a seafood bisque followed by a cod and a goat and then dessert. Every dish was over salted. The fish was a beautiful cut that met an unfortunate accident in the chef. Over salted and poorly cooked, it was dry and the only taste was salt. The goat had so much salt that it was essentially inedible. This was followed by dessert. Two of us chose a bread pudding. It was compressed bread badly fried and soaked in sugar syrup. It was so hard as to be inedible. The white wine was marginal. The red wine was close to vinegar and had clearly gone bad. We complained and they opened another bottle which was better but still undrinkable. There was queen cake and king cake. The vegetarian option for my wife was an over salted broth that PTO ed inedible. My wife had the queen cake, fundamentally a simple Christmas cake that was stale and tasted like it was made last year and served now. They failed to serve the port wine and the coffee. This has to be the most expensive and the most awful dinner we have ever had. The service was equally terrible. We had amazing food at half the price at Michelin starred restaurants over the last 5 days in Dublin and Lisbon. This was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a work trip and location is not too bad, 10 minutes from the airport by Taxi - need to travel a little to get to the seafront but manageable by train (when not on strike!). Room was as I expected for a 5* hotel, cosy, Wi-Fi was good! Although the shower went cold every 20 seconds for about 5 seconds which as you can imagine is a bit of a shock first thing! Didn’t have a chance to use the gym and pool facilities but will look to on my return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Corinthia hotel - Lisbon is a brilliant beautiful oasis of relaxation and calm, is elegant, refined and gorgeous.
Our nights stay in February was simply fantastic and we can't wait to return.
Every single staff member welcomed us warmly and spoiled us.
From the reservations, Diniz, and the front office team have been impeccable and very professional . Without exception every staff member was highly attentive and approachable.
A Happy staff reflects brightly on excellent management, so thank you all!!
The check- in was efficient and friendly, and we had an upgrade, we were truly grateful.
The rooms are very clean, beautiful. Comfy beds and lovely amenities.
The breakfast was gorgeous, with excellent choice of buffet breakfast.
A really 5* experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to the hotel for the Spa Services and was very disappointed with what they believe 5 stars is. Paid for the full Spa Experience/Luxury Package and wasn't even offered any water/tea when the services were done. There was no explanation of what type of treatment or even what products were being used for the facial, the sauna was not hot, there was no staff around, and one of the sensory showers was not working. Way overpriced for a very mediocore services and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed at this hotel for work and stayed several times. Stunning hotel and extremely comfortable. Location wouldn't be my choice but that's not relevant as my visits are work related. Staff couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. Great relaxed bar off the lobby. Rooms beautifully appointed and feel very luxurious. Always enjoy my stay.
