Contacto telefónico praticamente inexistente pois nunca atendem o telefone, mais vale entregarem o telefone na operadora.

Enviei uma encomenda a uma familiar por CTT expresso entrega em 24horas que já vai com 8 dias de atraso , como se não bastasse o entregador marcou o destinatário como ausente , quando a destinatária é grupo de risco e está de baixa hospitalar por ter sido operada desde outubro. Ou seja não lhes apeteceu fazer a entrega marcaram como se tivessem ido e nem a porta foram. Agora tenho uma encomenda de presentes de natal em risco de vir para trás por incompetência e falta de vontade de trabalhar pelo entregador.
Mediocre service. I sent an order to a family member by CTT express delivery in 24 hours that is already 8 days late, as if it were not enough the delivery person marked the recipient as absent, when the recipient is at risk and is on hospital leave for having been operated on since October. In other words, they did not feel like making the delivery, they marked it as if they had gone and neither did the door. Now I have an order for Christmas gifts that is in danger of coming back due to incompetence and unwillingness to work for the delivery man.
