Duas encomendas enviadas dia 29 de abril em CTT Expresso Dia Seguinte não chegaram quando suposto, dia 30 de abril, à Igreja Nova. Hoje, dia 4 de maio, recebi uma delas. O carteiro disse que não tinha mais nada. Já liguei para os CTT da localidade do remetente que me disseram que as encomendas já estavam em Mafra desde o dia 30 de abril. Anunciam um serviço que é pago e que é desorganizado e que não funciona. The distribution service in Mafra is terrible. Desculpas irrisórias ,se por sorte abordados, como engano na colocação na caixa certa, que foi do plano de férias ou o colega é que falhou. Não devia de estar a aborrecer me com isto . Morada com mais de vinte anos. Lamentável . CTT mais preocupados com o seu banco do que com o serviço público para o qual existem ! Poor service. Serious delays in delivery. Os funcionários são simpaticos, por consequência do Covid temos que esperar pelo a nosso numero cá fora, tendo alguma dificuldade para ver o número chamado, devido ao sol.
