★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima transportadora. Há dois dias que tento ligar para o apoio ao cliente para resolver um problema com uma encomenda e ninguém atende. Não há sequer um contacto de email para onde enviar uma mensagem. Lamentável.
 Bad carrier. I've been trying to call customer support for two days to solve a problem with an order and no one answers. There is not even an email contact to send a message to. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior transportadora a nível nacional é mundial. Com funcionários péssimos rudes e motoristas que quando não lhe apetece entrar a encomenda inventam que não está ninguém em casa. Uma empresa muito reles!
The worst carrier nationwide is worldwide. With terrible, rude employees and drivers who, when you don't feel like entering your order, pretend that no one is home. A very cheap company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho tentado encontrar um contacto de e-mail mas não consigo. Pretendo reclamar de uma encomenda não entregue e estou a tentar resolver diretamente com a empresa. Se tal não for possível, farei queixa na Defesa do Consumidor.
I've been trying to find an email contact but I can't. I want to complain about an undeliverable order and I am trying to resolve it directly with the company. If this is not possible, I will file a complaint with Consumer Protection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei um tv no pccomponentes e a empresa da transporte foi o correos express demorou uma semana para entregar, ja estava perder a paciencia porque a encomenda estava de uma semana em estado de distribuicao.
Quando chegou a encomenda a motorista era um Senhor ja idosa com 70 anos de idade e é muito educado e simpatico, o Senhor ate diz que ajudava me levar o tv para cima(primeiro andar do apartamento),eu recusei porque o tv tem quase 50kg e é muito peso para um Senhor com 70 anos.
devemos de entender dificuldade das pessoas, eles entrega sempre mais rapido que possivel.
I ordered a TV at pccomponentes and the transport company was the courier, it took a week to deliver, I was already losing patience because the order was a week in distribution status.
When the order came, the driver was an elderly man, 70 years old and very polite and friendly, the Lord even says that he helped take the TV upstairs (first floor of the apartment), I refused because the TV is almost 50kg and it's a lot of weight for a 70-year-old man.
We must understand people's difficulties, they always deliver as fast as possible.

A desculpa que me deram foi que estão com falta de distribuidores devido ao COVID e contratarem mais pessoal?
Pior empresa que pode existir!!
I made a purchase on a site in Spain. I got an answer that it came on the 17.01th, let's go on the 20.01th, almost at the end of the week and it's still in storage?
The excuse they gave me was that they are short of distributors due to COVID and hiring more staff?
Worst company ever!!
