★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito insatisfeita com este serviço, tenho uma encomenda para ser entregue em Castelo Branco, ainda não saiu da Covilhã mas indica no site que não foi possível fazer a entrega porque não encontraram o destinatário, como é que é possível encontrarem o destinatário se é em Castelo Branco é ainda não saiu da Covilhã. Na linha de apoio referem que ligam, ninguém ligou, esteve sempre gente em casa e é está palhaçada.
I am very dissatisfied with this service, I have an order to be delivered to Castelo Branco, it has not yet left Covilhã but it indicates on the website that it was not possible to deliver because they did not find the recipient, how is it possible to find the recipient if it is in Castelo Branco is not yet out of Covilhã. On the helpline they say they call, no one called, there were always people at home and they are clowning around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a mistake was made with the address the sender give them and I call to give my correct address and phone number, they didn't can call me, and they still did not deliver my load, and in the tracking code they are still saying wrong address after giving them the correct address not even phone calls to know were I am, is very bad and is been two weeks
