Ficou incomodada por o cliente ter vários cartões oferta...e ter de verificar o valor nos mesmos., chegando mesmo a alegar que "agora já não podia, pois tinha de voltar ao início da operação"...

Mas o atendimento desta loja de Cascais shopping mostrou pouca flexibilidade, incompetência até a arrogância no ato de devolução da encomenda que fiz por online. Parece que fizeram um grande favor, o atendimento deles não inclui cumprimentos habituais. Fiquei até envergonhado e feliz por ter saído da loja.
I like Cortefiel and I order from time to time. But the service at this Cascais shopping store showed little flexibility, incompetence even arrogance in the act of returning the order I placed online.
