★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao fiquei apaixonada. Procurei especificamente um artigo que tinha pesquisado no site e foi a desilusão total...a cor nada tinha a ver com o original.
I was not in love. I specifically looked for an article I had searched on the site and it was total disappointment ... the color had nothing to do with the original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sábado passado fiz uma compra nesta loja e considero que fui atendida por uma funcionária extremamente antipática sem qualquer amabilidade, parecia que estava a fazer um grande frete. A categoria desta loja merece que os clientes sejam melhor atendidos. Francamente, dificilmente lá voltarei.
Last Saturday I made a purchase at this store and I consider that I was attended by an extremely unfriendly employee without any kindness, it seemed that I was doing a great freight. The category of this store deserves that customers are better served. Frankly, I will hardly return there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A semana passada visitei esta loja junto com a minha mulher e ela interessou-se por uns sapatos, reparamos que um par dos sapatos tinha um defeito, a costura nao tinha sido bem feita e estava a sair, a vendedora sempre a desdramatizar a dizer que isso nao era nada, que nao iria rasgar nem nada, mas o outro par tinha um sapato de um numero e outro sapato com outro numero, ou seja, um sapato era 38 e o outro 39, esta mesma vendedora nao nos informou de nada, deixou que fossemos para a caixa, estando na caixa é que a colega nos informou que estavam assim os sapatos, com os números diferentes, acho muito mal que estas lojas, onde a roupa é caríssima, as vendedoras se tentem aproveitar dos clientes tentando-lhes "meter" o lixo que ninguém quer, é que para alem disso, estes sapatos estavam ao mesmo preco dos outros, estes artigos ja nem deveriam estar expostos, ou entao com alguma nota a alertar os clientes para esses factos, ficou muito desiludido com esta loja, que já nao é a primeira vez que reparo que tem artigos com defeito expostos e à venda ao mesmo preco de um artigo "normal", para alem dos provadores estarem sempre sujos com enormes bolas de "cotão", tem caído o nível nesta loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto da loja, está bem arrumada, é bonita e luminosa. As funcionárias são simpáticas e prestaveis. Ajudam e sugerem combinações. Tenho tido dificuldades em inserir códigos no site e por duas vezes me tentaram ajudar com toda a simpatia. Confesso que só não compro mais porque não é nacional.
I like the store, it is well tidy, it is beautiful and bright. The employees are friendly and helpful. They help and suggest combinations. I have had difficulties in inserting codes on the site and twice tried to help me with all the sympathy. I confess that I just don't buy anymore because it's not national.
