★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La PEOR empresa de venta on line de largo. Después de años comprando on line pensé que nunca me iba a encontrar con esta “empresa” cuya gestión es tan pésima. Envían después de un mes el artículo y éste está equivocado. A día de hoy después de 75 días no tengo artículo ni dinero. Me indican q en 25 días después de su error me llega la mercancía y es todo falso. El Señorito Zambrano cada vez que dice una verdad celebran fiesta nacional en Portugal. Engaños y mentiras las q quieras. En vez de intentar reparar su error me mienten a cada correo y llamada telefónica y no envían el producto correcto. DESASTRE y NINGUNA FORMALIDAD. Les pongo 1 estrella porque no pierdo dejarlas a 0 que es lo que se merecen.
The WORST long online sales company. After years of shopping online I thought I would never find this "company" whose management is so bad. They send the item after one month and it is wrong. Today after 75 days I have no item or money. They tell me that in 25 days after their error I receive the merchandise and it is all false. Mr. Zambrano every time he tells a truth they celebrate a national holiday in Portugal. Cheats and lies you want. Instead of trying to repair their error they lie to me every email and phone call and they don't send the right product. DISASTER and NO FORMALITY. I put 1 star because I do not lose leaving them at 0 which is what they deserve.
