★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito chateada com a desonestidade e atitude de má fé da atendente de loja no dia 12/05, no qual percebeu que eu havia me enganado no valor de um produto e me vendeu uma máscara capilar 10€ mais cara da qual eu pretendia comprar. A diferença no valor me prejudicou e fez muita diferença no meu orçamento familiar, pois a mesma informou que a loja não faz trocas ou devoluções. Nunca mais vou a esta loja. Me sinto completamente lesada, sinto que a loja é muito mal intensionada quando não pratica trocas e devoluções.
I was very upset with the dishonesty and bad faith attitude of the store attendant on 05/12, in which she realized that I had been mistaken in the value of a product and sold me a € 10 more expensive hair mask that I intended to buy. The difference in value hurt me and made a lot of difference in my family budget, since it informed that the store does not make exchanges or returns. I'll never go to this store again. I feel completely injured, I feel that the store is very badly designed when it does not exchange or return.
