Der Costa Nova Shop liegt etwas abseits in einer Nebenstraße der Avenida Liberdade. If you are looking for a souvenir made of earthenware in Portugal, you will surely find a nice piece here. The Costa Nova shop is located off the main road on the Avenida Liberdade.

Ao entrarmos, éramos os únicos na loja, mas a despreparada vendedora atendeu 3 clientes que chegaram depois na nossa frente. Minha esposa que já estava decidida e sabia o que queria comprar foi dissuadida pela total incapacidade da vendedora de explicar o funcionamento da garantia e não conseguir responder perguntas básicas sobre os produtos. Recomendo a marca a ter mais atenção a quem a representa na loja. Ficam duas estrelas apenas pelos belos produtos. Beautiful products combined with a terrible service. Upon entering, we were the only ones in the store, but the unprepared salesperson attended 3 customers who arrived later in front of us. My wife, who was already determined and knew what she wanted to buy, was deterred by the salesperson's total inability to explain how the warranty works and not being able to answer basic questions about the products. I recommend the brand to pay more attention to those who represent it in the store. They get two stars just for the beautiful products.

She thought if I could find a piece that was inspired by the azulejo tiles, that would be perfect. Well, a little googling and Costa Nova came up with just what I wanted. So off to the Pombal store. The staff were fantastic. Very patient with the long winded and annoying customer ahead of me. Great price. Packed both pieces in tight fitting boxes so they survived the flight back to the usa. Highly recommended
