So the first person i spoke to was very nice. She had to transfer me to the proper department. Now even though my parents are Portuguese. I was born in Canada. I speak the language very well. But I write for peanuts. So when asking for the spelling of the documents that is required for her life insurance in Canada, i had a terrible time with her. And rude not funny. She would speak so fast I Could not understand her. I asked to slow down she had no time for this. Well guess what i need to call again because the emaiI address i must of misunderstood Speedy madame spelling.
