Waiting for a quote for more than 2 months ..... There is no lack of calling or sending a mail to find out what it is like ..... It doesn't matter if you still find carpenters.

Kitchen Ok but no after-sales service and avoidable faults which appear after a short time ... very unfortunate because the first contact was good and the installation was quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de ter perguntado telefonicamente se estavam interessados em fazer cotação , enviei ficheiros. Um mês depois enviei email a perguntar previsão para receber a respectiva cotação, outro mês depois não obtive resposta ao meu email. Só não dou classificação negativa porque não é possivel.
Não dão resposta aos pedidos de orçamento nem respondem ao emails . Postura comercial muito negativa.
After asking by phone if they were interested in making a quote, I sent files. A month later I sent an email asking for a forecast to receive the respective quote, another month later I didn't get a reply to my email. I just don't give it a negative rating because it's not possible.
They do not respond to budget requests or respond to emails. Very negative commercial posture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para a empresa 40 vezes e não me atenderam o telefone. Comprei casa nova há 1 um ano com cozinha totalmente equipada e desde então só tenho tido problemas. Exaustor, máquina da loiça e hoje o congelador. Mau demais para ser verdade. Não consigo obter qualquer tipo de assistência. Tenho um bebé com 9 meses e tenho a comida dele toda estragada
I called the company 40 times and they didn't answer the phone. I bought a new house 1 year ago with a fully equipped kitchen and since then I've only had problems. Hood, dishwasher and now the freezer. Too bad to be true. I cannot get any assistance. I have a 9 month old baby and I have all his food spoiled
