★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally concur ...terrible service. Not a fan of Lisbon's non-integrated public transit, but CP service was terrible. Had to but 5 cards and fares for family. First machine was unusable. Second worked, however 2 cards did not function. Went to billeterie, and told to buy new ones. Then to customer service and told to fill in a form. We had all the receipts and everything. Nobody was friendly or helpful and I doubt I will see a penny refund in maybe 10 days. Even if i so, the process is pathetic and CP should be ashamed.
