★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing bread. It’s hard to find bread of this quality and lovely people too! Brownies are also so good. If you know of Tartine (in the US), it’s just as good! They also have speciality breads each day, croissants and other baked goodies and nice flour.

And I can tell that they use proper fermentation - because my stomach felt good after eating it.
Much better than Gleba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best bakery in Cascais for bread and French style croissants, without a doubt! They have a rotating list of breads available daily, including sourdough. They also have other treats like homemade sauces, brownies, cookies and more. They also sell whole beans of Manhattan coffee, which is excellent. We lived in San Francisco for many years so are picky about our bread and croissants — highly recommended!
