★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once a nice place to shop, it has become a somewhat abandoned mall. Most of the shops and restaurants have closed, and the ones that remain don't attract too many clients - which doesn't mean they're not worth visiting, though. There are still a few useful shops, and it's a nice place to have a cup of coffee or a slice of pizza with friends.
