Abertura para receber pessoas de todos os níveis (desde iniciante a atleta de competição), e um espírito de equipa inigualável. Tem também aulas semanais de LPO com a liderança de outra referência nacional na modalidade. Como iniciante tenho recebido todo o apoio necessário, e aconselho vivamente!
CrossFit box very complete, with a Head Coach that is a national reference in the modality. Openness to receive people of all levels (from beginner to competitive athlete), and an unrivaled team spirit. He also has weekly LPO classes with the leadership of another national reference in the modality. As a beginner I have received all the support I need, and I strongly advise!
