The best box in Portimão. Captivating and motivating staff, with an unusual customer service. Coaches are always looking to motivate us and correct the technique.
I recommend it to all age groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All CrossFit trainings were great and led by professional trainers. We did several trainings during our holidays. Trainers explained all exercises in English. Easy communication. It is great for the ones with experience in CrossFit, but for starters as well. We highly enjoyed all trainings and will get back for sure, absolutely recommended!
