t	test_username on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very relaxed stay, rooms were clean and of a decent size. The staff were very warm and welcoming and the food was of a good standard. The pool was filthy though, hadn't been cleaned in a long time, lights hanging off and a huge amount of loose tiles. Breakfast was nice but if the English could wear masks as instructed it would have been even more comfortable.
C	Colette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful stay at Crowne Plaza, great location next to beach and marina. Rooms modern spacious and very clean and comfortable. Lovely pool area and pool bar, access straight to beach. Breakfast amazing wide choice and fizz available, hot and cold foods and personalised choice of foods. Lots of healthy alternatives and choices for children. Lovely pleasant helpful staff will stay here again, had a great relaxing week, stayed with family of 4, 2 adults and two teenagers who liked the pool tables and football on TV available in reception.
F	Fionn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a large functional impersonal hotel. Staff are all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast variety is very good. Dinner on one night which I would describe as average. I suspect most guests would eat in the endless variety of restaurants nearby (personal view). Beautiful views looking west with equally lovely sunsets, however no chairs or table in balcony area with the exception of one lounging seat. Big missing!! Left service remarkable efficient!!
R	Rose99 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. Rooms very comfortable. One small thing was the the milk, tea, coffee were not topped up and replaced. The breakfasts were amazing with great choice. Very clean hotel. At the the pool the bar did not have ice lollies available all days which was a little disappointing for my children. We stayed in Oct and the pool outside I don’t think was heated so it was starting to get a little cold. Service very good and overall we had a great stay here abs would recommend this hotel.
n	nick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having stayed in Many IHG hotels in Europe, both my wife and I enjoyed this hotel the most. Conveniently located next to the beach and short walking distances between Vilamoura Port and Quartiera where there are many places to eat and drink. Because of the obvious Covid restrictions and disruption in travel, the hotel and surrounding areas where very quiet to what we are used to in this part of Portugal. The hotel staff and facilities where of a high standard however having to pay for the gym and indoor pool and saunas was a little annoying. We will most definitely be coming back and would highly recommend a visit

Couldn't ask for a better and nicer place to spend my long weekend. I'll definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the hotel staff for making this a weekend to remember .
P	P W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely couldn’t fault this hotel! The staff are amazing (especially bar&spa) and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is delish and the rooms are immaculate. As much as Portugal isn’t really a place for us, this hotel made our time here a lot better. It rained none stop so we used the spa everyday which is also fantastic. Highly recommend.
S	Subir Majumdar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 5 nights in January, a quiet period for the town of Vilamoura but good escape to get some sun. The hotel is massive and well managed. They have a very nice spa which isn't included but definitely worth checking out once (12.5eur/day). I went with one of the lower tier room categories, so the views weren't that great but the balconies had a great sun trap and served me well into the afternoon. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away. Worth mentioning is the breakfast buffet which had excellent choices. When the number of guests reduced, to avoid eastage they did a menu based breakfast which was quote nice too. They made accommodations based on my diet preferences too ? overall a solid Crowne Plaza property with an amazing location!
