Arrogância extrema. O cliente é quase insultado por apenas telefonar para oficina para tentar saber o progresso da reparação. Nao passam fatura! Pessimo serviço. O meu carro tinha partido o motor e o motor foi todo reconstruído, e o mecanico (outro sapateiro) que me reparou o motor nao conseguia meter me o carro a trabalhar. Resultado, teve a otima ideia de me mandar o carro para esta oficina, e eles conseguiram meter o carro a trabalhar. Mas o motor ao fim de 2100 kms e depois de ter levado praticamente tudo novo, voltou a partir. Ou seja tanto o sapateiro como o pescador, são tão otimos profissionais que conseguiram montar material velho enquanto eu tinha comprado material novo... Aguardo no entanto a fatura e enquanto espero vou já preparando a minha denúncia para enviar ao Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo Obrigado. Worth not giving to rate with 0 stars.
