À excepção do Técnico que foi ao domicilio, o resto do serviço, simplesmente, não funciona. Nunca recebi um telefone a dizer qual a certeza do problema do electrodoméstico e quanto tempo ficaria para reparação. A insistência foi sempre minha, após uma semana e meia sem qualquer noticia, mas ficando sempre sem respostas. O caso ainda não está resolvido!
Terrible responsiveness and professionalism.
With the exception of the technician who went home, the rest of the service simply does not work. I never received a phone saying how sure the appliance problem was and how long it would be for repairs. The insistence was always mine, after a week and a half without any news, but always getting no answers. The case is not resolved yet!
