★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com a ctt. Encomendei uma coisa dos Estados Unidos e apareceu entregue enquanto não foi e agora está a ser devolvida para os Estados Unidos! Ligo para lá e ninguém me atende que incompetência!
I had a bad experience with ctt. I ordered something from the United States and it was delivered while it was gone and now it is being returned to the United States! I call there and no one answers my incompetence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau atendimento, funcionária magrinha chega 15 min atrasada no seu Mercedes e se tiver a chover demora mais. Não ajuda os utentes em nada, faz o básico e parece q não lida com pessoas parece q lida com animais. Carteiro nunca toca a campainha para não ter trabalho, manda levantar nos correios, tanta gente a querer trabalhar e os funcionários fazem se passar por patrões do CTT. O rapaz da junta é impecável.
Bad service, skinny employee arrives 15 min late in her Mercedes and if it rains it takes longer. It does not help users in anything, does the basics and seems to not deal with people it seems to deal with animals. The postman never rings the bell to not have a job, he gets up at the post office, so many people want to work and the employees pretend to be CTT bosses. The boy on the board is impeccable.
