No dia 5 de abril de 2022 recebi um sms informando.me de que receberia uma encomenda até às 19 horas, pelo que permaneci todo o dia em casa.Mais tarde , nesse mesmo dia, recebi um sms informando-me que a encomenda não havia sido entregue, porque "não estava na morada", o que não corresponde à verdade, Informaram-me que a encomenda seria entregue no dia 6, até às 19 horas. A encomend a voltou a não ser entregue. Por favor, verifiquem se a distribuição tem uma mapa das ruas de Oeiras. Contiuo a aguardar a entrega da encomenda que está com dois dias de atraso relativamente o prazo estipulaado pelos CTT. Obrigada.

Came here to post some mail during lunch hour and found no line whatsoever. The fact that they don't close for lunch is great.

post-office employees super unfriendly, not helpful and with no empathy... terrible service like many portuguese services I have to say.. shame !

As postal service goes CTT is very similar to what I experienced in Eastern Europe in the late 90s. Your packages get stolen, customer service is very poor queues are huge and the working staff is a fifth of what it was meant to be. If you have a choice do not opt in for CTT. Use any other courier if available. As abysmal as CTT is in general certain branches are outliers. The one in Santo Amaro is particularly unpleasant. It all comes down to the staff thwt are there to help customers. Should you end up using this branch beware of a little pudgy man with silvering hair and appauling attitude. He is one of those men who are bitter about their life and takes it on the customer. He nags and patronisses customers, returns their packages and lectures them on how to prepare packages correctly. A requirement set exclusively by him as there is no place on the company website or online for that matter that refers to his conditions. The rest of the staff are unremarkable but still do a sub par job. To prepare you for the experience make sure: 1. the package is twice the minimum size as that required by CTT on their website. At least 20cm in any dimension. 2. Print your labels and position them correctly so that there is plenty of space to put a folded a4 white sheet with a print out. 3. Prepare your printout at home for internations service. In order to send a package abroad you need to fill in a 10 step form online and print your own documents to acompany the package. 4. Avoid early and late hours as well as lunch time. THe queues are attrocious. Good luck!

If this branch is representative of CTT in general, Portugal has a lot to learn from virtually any other country in the EU. The staff is rarely at their desk, the queues are huge. There is little interest to help the customer. The experience for everyone visiting this branch is the equally disappointing and frustrating.

There is always a lot of people waiting and not enough people working. I have to go often to send some package and it is always a nightmare. I am waiting around 30 minutes and 1 hour each time to succeed to send my stuff. CTT should really improve the service to go faster
