Fiz uma encomenda pela internet e coloquei a morada solicitada pelo proprio serviço, e o entregador tentou efetuar a entrega e não conseguiu encontrar, entrei em contacto com o atendimento e me passaram outra morada de uma agencia do CTT , chegando lá o entregador tambem não conseguiu efetuar a entrega pois os funcionarios do CTT não conhecem o procedimento desse serviço. Uma vergonha, disponibilizam um serviço para o público mas não fazem treinamento nos funcionarios.
 I do not recommend using this 24h Locker service,
I placed an order over the internet and put the address requested by the service itself, and the delivery man tried to deliver and couldn't find it, I contacted the service and they gave me another address from a CTT agency, arriving there the delivery man also couldn't make the delivery because CTT employees do not know the procedure for this service. A shame, they provide a service to the public but do not train the staff.
