O primeiro dia, ainda recebi uma chamada de um número privado que nem dois segundos demorou e não consegui atender, ficou para outro dia, pois disseram que não estava em casa. No segundo dia nem ligaram e foi a mesma situação, disseram que não estava em casa... por conhecimento e por falar com outras pessoas sobre a situação, o que esta a acontecer é muito comum e acontece com várias pessoas, não há profissionalismo, serviço muito ruim.
I've been waiting for an order for several days. For two days I have been at home all day to receive it and have not yet received it. The first day, I still got a call from a private number that didn't take two seconds and I couldn't answer it, it was for another day, because they said I wasn't at home. On the second day they didn't even call and it was the same situation, they said they weren't at home ... because of their knowledge and talking to other people about the situation, what is happening is very common and happens with several people, there is no professionalism, very bad service.
