★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei o valor do serviço para entrega no dia seguinte, envio às 11:21, e a encomenda só 48 horas depois está em, distribuição. Serviço normal custa €2,35 e paguei €8,45 por este "expresso 24 horas/Dia seguinte".
Péssimo atendimento. Resposta automática que nem respondeu às questões colocadas. Serviço para amanhã, entregue em 72 horas, e recusam-se a devolver o dinheiro adicional. Serviço de correios expresso péssimo, pena não haver concorrência no mercado do consumidor...
I paid the value of the service for delivery the next day, shipping at 11:21 am, and the order is only 48 hours later in delivery. Normal service costs €2.35 and I paid €8.45 for this "24 hour/Next Day express".
Terrible attendance. Automatic answer that didn't even answer the questions asked. Service for tomorrow, delivered in 72 hours, and they refuse to refund the additional money. Bad express courier service, too bad there is no competition in the consumer market...
