★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento fui para levantar uma encomenda que tinha super urgência nela e me disseram espera 3 dias para que pode-se levantar noutro posto de correios.
I did not like the service I went to pick up an order that had super urgency in it and I was told to wait 3 days so you can get up at another post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao chega a simpatia disponibilidade dos colaboradores que merecem 5. Quanto aos serviços prestados pela empresa é de nojo. Lamento que se tente defender o indefensável... Os Correios deixaram de ter a razão de ser. Cartas demoram 15 dias ... O resto é só o que interessa é um banco onde espero nunca ser cliente. Os Correios de Portugal eram o serviço mais próximo do cliente e da sua confiança.
There is no sympathy available to the employees who deserve it. 5. The services provided by the company is disgusting. I am sorry that you try to defend the indefensible ... The Post Office is no longer right. Letters take 15 days ... The rest is just what matters is a bank where I hope to never be a customer. The Correios de Portugal was the service closest to the client and his trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço muito desorganizado, se atendermos a que a encomenda ctt express ( DB142527630PT) aceite no ponto CTT QUINTA DAS LÁGRIMAS no dia 7 de DEZEMBRO , ainda não foi processada...continuando em Coimbra !! Uma outra encomenda para o mesmo destinatário, entregue 1 semana depois, ja está acaminho de Barcelona!!!
Isto e um bom e bem organizado serviço??
SENHORES são encomendas de NATAL para um FILHO que não poderá Vir passar o Natal com a família!!! Tenham respeito e dignidade!!!

Very disorganized service, if we take into account that the order ctt express (DB142527630PT) accepted at CTT QUINTA DAS LÁGRIMAS on the 7th of DECEMBER, it has not yet been processed ... continuing in Coimbra !! Another order for the same recipient, delivered 1 week later, is already on its way to Barcelona !!!
Is this a good and well organized service ??
LORDS are CHRISTMAS orders for a SON who will not be able to come and spend Christmas with his family !!! Have respect and dignity !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda a qual a empresa a que comprei tem contrato com os ctt expresso e hoje quando vou a abrir a encomenda reparo-me que a encomenda vinha danificada, quando a mesma tinha um selo a dizer frágil, simplesmente partiram-me uma encomenda no valor de 500€ pagos no acto de envio.
I placed an order which the company I bought from has a contract with the ctt express and today when I open the order I notice that the order was damaged, when it had a seal saying fragile, they simply broke an order in the value of €500 paid upon delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segurança muito antipático e implicativo. Uma vez faltava quase cinco minutos para o fecho e não me queria deixar entregar o correio e falou num tom muito arrogante. Já os colegas do posto, profissionais excepcionais.
Very obnoxious and implying security. Once there was almost five minutes to closing and he didn't want to let me deliver the mail and he spoke in a very arrogant tone. As for the colleagues at the post, exceptional professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Google teima em manter o acesso pela rua de Entre Vinhas quando o acesso é pelo Retail Parque Mondego. Basta verificar pelo próprio mapa street view para fazerem a alteração. A rua de Entre Vinhas não dá acesso aos CTT. Tem uma rede. Viaturas pesadas têm de andar de marcha atrás mais de 100 mts, por uma informação errada que teimosamente mantêm. Finalmente, ao fim de anos de insistência, o Google rectificou a morada, pondo o acesso pelo Parque Mondego, o que é o correcto. Fica a informação correcta e poupa aborrecimentos a que confia no Google Maps.
Google insists on maintaining access through Entre Vinhas street when access is through Retail Parque Mondego. Just check the street view map itself to make the change. Rua de Entre Vinhas does not provide access to CTT. It has a network. Heavy vehicles have to go backwards for more than 100 m, due to wrong information that they stubbornly keep. Finally, after years of insistence, Google corrected the address, putting access through Parque Mondego, which is correct. Get the correct information and save yourself the hassle of relying on Google Maps.
