ATENÇÃO AO CELEBRAREM CONTRATO COM ESTA EMPRESA Efetuei pedidos recolha e ficaram agendados. No dia da recolha alguns não foram recolhidos e recebi à noite desses dias e-mails com informação "Recolha não foi efetuada devido ao expedidor se encontrar ausente/encerrado". Não corresponde à verdade estive no local recolha todo dia. Posteriormente faturaram estas recolhas não efetuadas nas faturas. Claro não paguei esses envios. Posteriormente enviaram e-mail com o seguinte " Caso o valor em dívida supra indicado não seja liquidado, no prazo máximo de 14 dias a contar do envio desta missiva, procederemos à suspensão dos serviços a crédito e seguidamente, acionaremos os mecanismos judiciais de cobrança de créditos legalmente previstos." Se não houve qualquer serviço transporte efetuado como podem abusivamente faturar e querer cobrar??? Não compreendo a idoneidade desta empresa. Já fiz uma reclamação on-line e solicitei o cancelamento do contrato. Primeiramente informaram me que não cancelavam sem resolver a conta corrente. Eu informei que não quero mais serviços desta empresa e queria acabar com o contrato. Informei que é um abuso...
