★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is it, that every post office in Portugal is so slow? Geez. The attendants are very sweet but they really need to find a different system. Extremely long waiting times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in around 11am on a Monday. Very quiet and was able to walk straight up to the counter. I just wanted to post a letter. The lady spoke English and was very helpful, however when I went to pay, neither of my 2 credit cards were accepted by the machine. Visa or mastercard. I had asked before I started if I could pay with card.
I returned at around 3pm with cash to pay and had to wait about 30 minutes.
I did like that there is a numbered ticket system, and 3/4 counters were open and serving, but there is only 1 bench inside for 2-3 people. Needs more chairs!
