Pas de numéro de téléphone, ils ne trouvent pas les adresses des destinataires! Qu’est-ce qu’ils sont faibles les facteurs Portugais! O contrato de serviço público não é isto ! It is not permissible that in the village, the county seat, only mail is distributed once a week and sometimes even with a longer interval. The public service contract is not that!
M	M a r a S a n t o s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em pleno isolamento nacional têm o descaramento de não entregar as encomendas, em vez disso colocam uma carta a dizer que ninguém abriu a porta quando na verdade nem se quer tocaram à campainha. Extrema falta de profissionalismo. Sempre foram assim mas neste momento é ridiculo visto que estão SEMPRE pessoas em casa. In the midst of national isolation they have the impudence not to deliver orders, instead they put a letter saying that no one opened the door when they actually didn't even ring the bell. Extreme lack of professionalism. They have always been like this but at this point it is ridiculous since people are ALWAYS at home.
P	Patrícia Guerreiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo serviço de alguns carteiros, aguardava uma encomenda urgente em que ate foi pago para ser entregue em casa e é apenas um envelipe almofadado e limitam se a colocar papel para ir levantar aos ctt pois nao estava ninguem em casa, MENTIRA, nem se dignaram a subir ao 1andar e bater a porta, o que dava menos trabalho do que escrever o aviso, ja devia vir escrito com antecendencia e pior, ja é a 3vez que fazem isto! Ao Balcão as funcionarias fazem o que conseguem, mas com canteiros destes é impossivel darem vazão a todo o serviço! Podiam contratar mais carteiras como a Lisdalia, pois essa sim é uma profissional enorme e nunca falha uma entrega! Agora tenho que deixar passar o fim de semana para levantar algo que era necessario hoje! PESSIMO SERVIÇO.... Terrible service from some postmen, I was waiting for an urgent order in which it was even paid to be delivered at home and it is just a padded envelope and they limit themselves to putting paper to go up to the ctt because no one was at home, LIE, nor did they deign to go up to the 1st floor and slam the door, which was less work than writing the notice, it should have been written in advance and worse, this is the 3rd time they do this! At the counter, the employees do what they can, but with beds like these it's impossible to give full service! They could hire more portfolios like Lisdalia, as she is a huge professional and never misses a delivery! Now I have to miss the weekend to raise something that was needed today! BAD SERVICE....
E	Eduarda Contreiras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a maior vergonha de sempre,na barraca não temos correio desde dia 17, hoje é 23,se põem 1novo carteiro quando as pessoas começarem a responsabiliza-los pelos atrasos,e obriga-los a pagar as multas k pagamos por não receber-mos as cartas a tempo,fora as k nunca chegam,perdem-se? Vergonhoso??? vezes 50... It's the biggest shame ever, at the tent we haven't had any mail since the 17th, today is the 23rd, a new postman is added when people start to blame them for delays, and force them to pay the fines we pay for not receiving them. the letters on time, apart from the ones that never arrive, are they lost? Shameful??? times 50...
M	MARC DAMON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small local post office. Can get crowded at times. Usually helpful staff although some are a little slow. Been using for nearly 16 years and glad we have a local office.
A	And Rey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely dreadful service, rude, ignorant staff, instead of delivering registered parcel they deliver red advisory slip because their delivery person only has a bicycle and when went to collect to the office Carmen Soares behind the counter refused to release the parcel and said they they don't have to deliver to the address. Postmaster Edgar Candeas when was called was as useless as his employees. AVOID and use alternative service when you can
