★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Havia um atendimento demorado para a estrutura do local. Eu aguardei atendimento por mais de 30 minutos e só tinham 6 pessoas na frente e duas colaboradoras trabalhando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es la oficina presencial, sino la atención teléfonica. Llamada de espera durante 10 minutos, pregunto si en español es posible me dice que no, intento hablar portugués con lo que me pone el Google translate y me cuelga. Segundo intento chica maja nos da teléfono para hablar con alguien en inglés y teléfono no es correcto. Tercera, llamada con alguien en inglés 17 minutos y cuando nos coge y nos va a derivar a otro teléfono por una cosa de coches y peajes se silencia. Total, tiempo invertido malamente por mi parte. Feliz día!
