Good service, although it could have more employees, but since it was privatized, CTT is doing much worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apenas 3 funcionários para tanta gente. Consigo estar lá 1 hora inteira e ter de sair com as mãos a abanar porque não cheguei a ser atendida. Obviamente, os funcionários não têm qualquer culpa, muito aturam eles. Mas por amor da santa, contratem pessoas, privatizaram os CTT para prestar este serviço de caca?
Only 3 employees for so many people. I manage to be there for an entire hour and have to leave with empty hands because I didn't get to be attended to. Obviously, the employees are not to blame, they are very much put up with. But for the love of the saint, do they hire people, did they privatize CTT to provide this caca service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma lentidão absurda. Muito poucos funcionários para as necessidades. Sería preciso apostar urgentemente na eficiência do serviço. Recomendo ir só em caso de absoluta necessidade, levar um libro e encher-se de paciência porque vai ter que esperar bastante.
An absurd slowness. Too few staff for our needs. It would be urgently necessary to bet on the efficiency of the service. I recommend going only in case of absolute necessity, take a book and be patient because you'll have to wait a long time.

What a pity to have to get there to pick up registered mails while the nearby Polo Universitario post office is much much less crowdy
