Estive sempre presente, aguardando a encomenda e não fui contactado! É o pior serviço de entregas em Portugal!!! This is the third time that CTT Express has returned an order to the headquarters in Carcavelos, with the excuse that no one was home! Já aconteceu mais do que uma vez os carteiros reportarem que tentaram a entrega, mas não é verdade, porque eu estava em casa. Depois, cada vez que tenho que ir lá o tempo de espera é sempre por volta de uma hora (de pé), porque com dezenas de pessoas para serem atendidas, têm dois postos de atendimento a funcionar, e com muita calma. Da última vez que lá estive, enquanto esperava pela minha vez, uma senhora entrou, dirigiu-se a um posto de atendimento e deixou as encomendas dela para enviar, sem ser chamada pela senha. Atender o telefone também não é com eles. Quando estiverem fartos de estar bem dispostos, recomendo! Encontro me em casa com baixa de gravidez de risco, já pus um aviso na campainha para tocarem com força, e mesmo assim ainda deixam o postal para levantar. Tenho de sair ir até aos correios e quando la chego às 12h40 entro e olhando para o meu estado ainda me dizem que já não há senhas, só as 14;30 quando voltar a abrir. Estimo serviço do site ou de quem o gere e do Sr que atende nos correios da Rebelva. I think it's very bad manners, to have a schedule on the site and in fact to be practicing another one.
