Fuimos a consultar sobre cómo pagar los peajes en Portugal (ya que nos derivaban a la ctt) y solo nos dijeron que solo podían pagar allí los portugueses. Y que no podíamos hacer nada, pero tampoco tuvieron intención de averiguar.
En una oficina de turismo en Oporto nos solucionaron el problema sin complicaciones.
Cómo puede ser que en varias ctt (donde se supone que venden las tarjetas para los peajes) no sepan cómo solucionar los problemas que pueden surgir pero tampoco tienen intención de ayudar a solucionarlos.
Very badly attended.
We went to ask about how to pay tolls in Portugal (since we were referred to the ctt) and they only told us that only the Portuguese could pay there. And we couldn't do anything, but they didn't mean to find out either.
In a tourist office in Porto we solved the problem without complications.
How can it be that in several ctt (where they are supposed to sell toll cards) they do not know how to solve the problems that may arise but they also do not intend to help solve them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recebi a encomenda e verifiquei pelo número de registo que tinha sido entregue numa morada da zona mas distinta da minha. Liguei para a linha de apoio ao cliente e registei a reclamação. admito que estava com receio de ficar sem a encomenda, mas passado 1 dia ou 2 recebi na minha morada e posteriormente uma carta a dizer que a situação tinha sido resolvida.
I did not receive the order and checked it by the registration number that had been delivered to an address in the area but different from mine. I called the customer service line and registered the complaint. I admit that I was afraid of running out of orders, but after 1 or 2 days I received at my address and later a letter saying that the situation had been resolved.
