Algo que uma simples notificação ou uma chamada podia ter resolvido facilmente este problema. Sinceramente muito insatisfeito, é 1 estrela porque é o mínimo senão dava menos ...
A great lack of responsibility when they don't notify people of the products they send back with everything well filled in... Something that a simple notification or a call could have easily solved this problem. Honestly very dissatisfied, it's 1 star because it's the least otherwise I'd give less...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well what a way to run a business!, your job is to deliver mail i think, so 1st attempt, gave me 50 sec to get down from the top floor 3rd, i got there as they drove off,email sent to them!they said next day will be here next waited in all day nothing arrived another email sent to them!to say leave a card i will pick up from the local post office,i even sent a photo of the invoice to say please leave, next i get a text to say tried to deliver the letter, no card! just we will deliver again, so i have to wait in all day not to see if they will turn up, i have shopping to do aswell! what a bad way to run the business, it packet is from Amazon, CTT need to look at the way they do deliver packets. customer service Nil !
