★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau atendimento, demora incalculável, sem condições de conforto para os clientes. Tentativa de vendas da lotaria, de seguros, livros, menos o serviço para que deveriam estar vocacionados. Sem estacionamento. Ir aos CTT é tenebroso.
Bad service, incalculable delay, without comfort conditions for customers. Attempting to sell the lottery, insurance, books, minus the service they should be dedicated to. No parking. Going to CTT is dark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é directamente para os ctt,mas sim para os ctt expresso, que de competência nada têm, fazem de conta q passam no local de entrega, não se dão ao trabalho de ir ver se a pessoa está ou não em casa e muita das vezes nem aviso para levantar a encomenda deixam. Isto é ridículo e muita falta de profissionalismo, se não querem trabalhar ,que dêm lugar a outros.Varias vezes as encomendas vao para o remetente, por culpa destes otarios e irresponsáveis...
It's not directly for the ctt, but for the express ctt, who have nothing of competence, they pretend to go to the delivery place, they don't bother to go to see if the person is at home or not and a lot of the time nor notice to pick up the order they leave. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional, if they don't want to work, they give way to others. Several times the orders go to the sender, because of these idiots and irresponsible...
