What awful service. They never delivered items when promised, they will keep you waiting at the location and you have to contact them to find out where items are. When you do call them, you will have a long waiting period, they will just "make up" things and not deliver again. And this, during Covid-19 pandemic when travel and contact should be avoided. After 2 calls of half an hour each on the phone, and several promises they were going to deliver and never did, I gave up and asked to have the items taken to a store in Guia, Albufeira. They just left it at the Alcantarilha CTT post office, which was never requested. On one of the occasions (for the same delivery) I tried to call the number of the delivery person provided on the email from CTT five times during in the day to find out if I had to wait at the delivery location to 19.00, the delivery person never bothered to answer the phone or call back. So I was kept waiting to 19.00 for nothing. When I finally got the parcel at the Post Office, the service I experienced there was just as bad as their delivery service, the lady was on her mobile and more interested in that, as well as rude. Please, thank you, good morning and good bye were not words she used.
